The W140 is my favorite S Class. And the last Benz that was truly designed and engineered to be ‘The best or nothing’.

He bought it for £2000 and almost everything works, he has am issue with a door mirror that is permanently dimmed but that’s it.

You sure would have learned how to park, but I would hate to think of the cost of insurance and fuel for a young driver.

Well he is just shy of 24 and is a test engineer, I think the engines thirst will bankrupt him. It’s bad enough for me getting 10.5l/100km across a whole tank of petrol and I too earn an engineers wage.

I’m 19. Most of my friends still attend school or have an apprenticeship. That means an over engineered 20 year old German luxury saloon will bankrupt the shit out of them.
